Help from Our Heartz, HfoH, is the brainchild of Caribbean friends and counterparts living in the US. Formed as a non-profit organization in June of 2023 in Florida, HfoH seeks to bring to the next generation a mix of our Caribbean upbringing, coupled with modern US approaches, to give the best of both worlds to those we serve. With a focus on financial education as a key cornerstone of middle-class success, HfoH aims at ensuring that good financial principles are instilled at an early age and that the value of a healthy lifestyle through sports, movement, and nature-based activities are embodied.

With collectively over 50 years of experience in the financial arena, we have seen the bad financial decisions made by hard-working people, mostly from a place of ignorance, that have led to dashed dreams, financial losses, marriage breakups, family dysfunction, and abuse, to name a few.  This has propelled us to help in this area of financial education.
